Russia Part 1

The Arkadia Hotel was right in the heart of St Petersburg on the Fontanka Embankment. It occupies only part of the residential complex known as Tolstoy House that is pictured here. They call it a mini-hotel and you access it from the courtyard. It was a strange concept for us but perfect for our needs.
